Will be a port of https://github.com/Timiz0r/EZUtils/tree/main/src/EZUtils.Localization and maybe https://github.com/Timiz0r/EZUtils/tree/main/src/EZUtils.Localization.Extraction.
Though is mainly to get familiar with golang, so may never be finished!
